By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website (www.thekorku.com) you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your relationship with Korku and ensure a safe, fair, and transparent experience for both parties.
1. Authenticity of Products
- All Korku products are 100% natural, forest-sourced, and handcrafted with purity, directly from the Melghat region.
- Our sourcing is carried out ethically, respecting both the environment and the livelihood of the Korku tribal community.
- We do not use synthetic preservatives, artificial flavoring, or harmful chemicals.
2. Pricing, Offers & Availability
- Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice, depending on raw material availability, seasonal variations, and market conditions.
- Promotional offers, seasonal discounts, and special deals are time-limited and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly mentioned.
- We make every effort to keep products in stock. However, in rare cases of unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel or delay an order and will notify you promptly.
3. Intellectual Property & Brand Usage
- The name “Korku”, our logos, packaging designs, and product names are registered intellectual property and cannot be copied, resold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
- Unauthorized reselling of Korku products, counterfeit usage of packaging, or imitation of our brand identity will lead to strict legal action under applicable Indian laws.
4. Orders & Acceptance
- Once an order is placed and payment is received, a confirmation email/SMS will be sent. This represents an acknowledgment of your request, not a guarantee of fulfillment.
- Korku reserves the right to reject, modify, or cancel orders in cases of:
- Suspicious/fraudulent transactions
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
- Bulk buying that suggests reselling without authorization
- Unavailability of stock
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We are committed to timely delivery, but actual timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control (logistics delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions).
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Korku is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not been dispatched.
- Due to the perishable nature of organic food, returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, expired, or incorrect. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photo/video).
- Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
7. Limitation of Liability
- While we ensure the highest quality standards, Korku shall not be held liable for:
- Minor variations in color, texture, or taste of natural products.
- Any allergic reactions or health issues arising due to undisclosed pre-existing conditions of customers. (Customers are advised to consult a physician before consumption if they have allergies.)
- Delays or losses caused by third-party logistics providers.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
- All personal data shared with Korku is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We use secure payment gateways and encrypted systems to protect customer data.
- We will never sell or misuse customer information.
