Cancellations: Accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds: Eligible only for damaged, expired, or incorrect items. Proof (photo/video) must be shared within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Process: Due to the perishable nature of food, we do not accept returns unless the product is faulty.
